Medical info: For all intents and purposes, Piper is human. She'll probably smell human to most with heightened smell, unless they have the ability to smell magic. Blood tests will reveal that something is different about Piper than a normal human, and blood transfusions will grant her powers to mortals temporarily. However, in Charmed canon, mortals are not meant to have witch powers (which is why they're mortals) and their bodies can overload from the power. This can lead to death of the mortal if the powers aren't removed in time. The rate of overload varies from mortal to mortal.
What's okay to mention around her: Just about anything. I just ask no fourth wall breaking. ^_^
Notes for the psychics: Telepathy isn't something that's been heavily covered in the Charmed-verse. Empathy, yes, and it's shown as being a raw and difficult to control power. Empaths are capable of detecting the emotions of magical beings, so I think that it's likely the same for telepaths.
Abilities: Piper has the ability to change the speed of molecules. She can either slow to them down, essential "freezing" the target in place, or she can speed them up, causing the target to explode. She uses her hands to focus her power, and other "good witches" are invulnerable to it. Her target can be an individual being or she can even freeze an entire area of multiple beings (within her sight range). She can also target pockets of air to create explosions for the purpose of diverting projectile attacks (plasma balls and other thrown attacks) or for the purpose of getting attention without harming anything directly (like firing a blank into the air from a gun). She also can create and cast spells, and brew potions. At first, she often relied on existing information from her family's Book of Shadows, but she's become adept at creating her own spells and potion recipes that emulate other powers or effects as needed.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Just ask first. :) I'm pretty flexible.
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Sure, why not? Piper might not like it took much, but she won't hurt you for it unless it's a groping type of hug.
Maim/murder/death: Just ask first, but I do request no death, please. :)
Hacking Private and Screened Entries: Piper is not a computer person. Her entries will likely be very easy to hack unless she finds someone else to encrypt them for her.

Freezing/Exploding/Spells/Potions: Very strong beings can resist Piper's powers. Exploding someone will just make them feel very hot and possibly glow red. Freezing them might slow them down, but they will eventually be able to move at normal pace. Spells and potions could be ineffective. Let me know!
Privacy Filter Level: This really only counts if someone screws up so bad that part of the message actually leaks out. Piper is not a hacker, so she'll likely be avoiding any attempts at breaking into private posts.
